Content Manager

As a company dedicated to encouraging the world’s most creative people (kids), we love a good bedtime story. Here are some of our favorites: how our manufacturing facility went from 2,000 square feet to 100,000 in three years; how we inspect each and every piece of foam at Nugget HQ; and why we run into problems when supply falls short of demand. We love those stories — but we want more of them. Lots more. So we’re looking for a Content Manager to join our team, telling stories that we love, and that our customers want to hear. The Content Manager will interact with everyone at the company to help us share more than ever before about what makes Nugget special, while also pitching and completing stories beyond HQ: customer profiles, playroom tours, new Nugget configurations, and other things we haven’t even dreamed of yet. Deliverables produced by the Content Manager will be used across all of Nugget’s marketing - from email, to social, to the website. If the only thing you love more than reading a good story is telling one, this is the job for you. This position reports to the Director of eCommerce.

What is Nugget?

We are a fun-loving startup company (est. 2014) that seeks to bring bold play and big imaginations into everyday life at home. We design, develop, market, manufacture, sell, and ship our part-toy, part-furniture, four-piece Nuggets all from one location, with a team of about 80 Nuggeteers, in Butner, North Carolina. And we’re just getting started — this year, Inc. Magazine named us the fastest-growing manufacturing company in the United States. We’re proud to continue the industrial legacy of North Carolina, and to make kids furniture for growing imaginations.
