Nugget Trade-In Program

Important Information

If you purchased a Nugget or Cover Set that was delivered to a U.S. address between April 1, 2023 and June 6, 2023, you may be eligible to participate in the Trade-in Program. See FAQs below for more details and eligibility requirements. If eligible, and interested in trading in your existing covers for our latest version, please complete the form below to submit your request no later than 11:59pm ET on June 30, 2023. Once our team has verified your eligibility in the Program, you’ll receive an invoice via email within ~7 days to pay the trade-in processing fee. Please add hq@nuggetcomfort.com to your contacts, and check your spam folder and any active mail filters to ensure that you receive our response.

The Trade-in Program is available for customers who purchased a Nugget or Cover Set that was delivered to a U.S. address between April 1, 2023 and June 6, 2023. Collaboration (licensed) products, retired colors, Liner Set purchases, orders placed before April 1, 2023, and purchases shipped to a Canadian address are not eligible.

After completing and submitting the form below, our team will verify your information and eligibility, and provide an invoice to complete the $25 processing fee. Once the processing fee has been paid, you’ll receive a second email with a prepaid return label to ship your covers back to us (if your original order was for a full Nugget, you will keep the foam and just return the covers). When we receive the return shipment, our team will verify the product before issuing the new Cover Set. Once verified, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your replacement shipment leaves our factory.

Please note: If we receive covers that do not match the information and photos provided in the submission form and/or are not eligible for trade-in, an additional $25 fee will be assessed before the same covers are returned to the sender.

Once our team has verified your information and eligibility, you'll receive an emailed invoice to pay the processing fee. The email will include an orange button that says, "Complete your purchase," which will direct you to a secure checkout on our website where you can pay via credit card or PayPal. The trade-in submission and invoice will expire if the processing fee is not paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

The entire Trade-in process could take up to 30 days, depending in part on when the processing fee is paid and when your covers arrive back to our factory.

Yes. In order to receive a replacement Cover Set, your current Nugget covers or Cover Set must be returned in full (4 pieces — 1 thicker base cover, 1 thinner cushion cover, and 2 pillow covers) and in good condition; a photo of your covers is required in the above form. If your original order was for a full Nugget, you will keep the foam and only return the covers — we recommend storing your foam in a dry place away from kids and pets while you wait for your new covers!

No. The Trade-in Program is a 1:1 exchange — the new Cover Set will be issued in the same color as your original purchase.

Your Nugget covers or Cover Set should be shipped in a package that is approximately 20”x13”x5”, however, no side of the package should be greater than 20”. If you ordered a Cover Set and you still have the orange bag that the covers arrived in, you can use the same bag for return packaging! Otherwise, you’ll need to find a package that fits the dimensions above.

No, you do not have to pay for shipping, but the Trade-in Program requires a $25 processing fee per item, plus any applicable taxes. You’ll receive a prepaid return label once the processing fee has been paid.

No. Refunds will not be issued unless your original product is eligible for return under our standard return policy (product must be unused, unopened, and return must be requested within 15 days of delivery). New Cover Sets received as part of the Trade-in Program are eligible for our standard product warranty, but will not be eligible for return and are final sale.

Yes. New Cover Sets will be covered under our standard 1-year product warranty.

Yes, each item that you're interested in returning for the trade-in requires its own form. For each item, you’ll receive a separate invoice for the processing fee, and a separate return label to ship each item back to our factory.

Yes. The processing fee is $25 per item, plus any applicable taxes for the Trade-in Program.

Except as provided above, the Trade-In Program is subject to all other terms and conditions in our Terms of Sale.
