How do I send a digital card?
When you purchase a Digital Gift Card, you’ll receive an email right away with a link to view the card on our site. Forward that email to the person you have in mind, and you’ll be the best friend/aunt/uncle/grandparent/etc in town. You can also print it out on fancy paper and put it in a fancy envelope if you’d like!
Can I write a message to the recipient of the card?
We unfortunately don’t have that functionality. As an alternative, we recommend writing a digital note when you forward the gift card email, or adding a handwritten note if you choose to print it!
How do I redeem a gift card?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email, as well as a link to the digital card, which includes your unique gift code. This code can be entered during the checkout process, or forwarded to the gift recipient.
How do I check my balance on a card?
You can see your balance at any time by opening your original confirmation email and clicking the link to your unique gift card — your current balance will be displayed above the code. If you have any trouble, send us a note and we’ll be happy to help!
Can gift cards be returned?
No, gift cards are non-refundable.
Can a gift card be used to purchase a gift card?
Sorry! Gift cards can only be used to purchase physical products, like Nuggets and Nugget Cover Sets, not other gift cards.
Do gift cards expire?
Nope! Gift cards last for all of forever. But most of our color choices don’t, so make sure to use it when you see something you like!
