Fabric Swatches ship via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Canadian orders ship via USPS international and have a $10 shipping charge.

I ordered the fabric swatches so I can decide what colors I wanted. And bonus you get a $10 credit when you place your order. So win win…so I thought. When I went to place my order the color I wanted was sold out. So I asked how I use my swatch credit if I can’t place an order because it was sold out. Answer in a nutshell: Sorry - you have 30 days to use your swatch credit after that you’re out of luck. That’s not a very good answer from a customer service standpoint. Is that how you respond to people who have already made a purchase? Not sure I want to place a $700 order knowing that IF I have a problem with anything that good customer service isn’t available.

I emailed the company asking which of the chunk colors match the stripes, but no one has responded. I ordered the swatches, thinking I could use that to match up what ones are close, but don’t see a multicolor swatch. Can someone please help me? I have seen this couch and want to get a set of couch and chunk for a playroom for my daughter.

Fabric Swatches are available for all of our solid color prints, but we don't currently offer swatches for any patterns. We apologize for any disappointment there. I ordered the swatches to figure out what color I liked best, but was sent a discontinued swatch. Probably had to do with order time (right at the new year), but the coupon included was also only good for 30 days, which was a little tight given time to confirm with support that the color we wanted was discontinued.

What are Fabric Swatches for?
Curious about what our fabric options feel like IRL? (Spoiler: We love them all.) Not sure which color will match the dinosaur rug in the playroom? (Probably Willow.) Fabric Swatches allow you to try before you buy! Purchase a swatch set to make a confident decision when it comes time to commit. Plus, you'll get a $10 Shop Credit — that's valid for 30 days — that can be used towards a future Nugget, Chunk, or Cover Set purchase. Exclusions apply.
Can I purchase individual swatches?
No. All purchases include a full kit of all currently available colors (patterns and collaboration products are not included). If you’re only interested in seeing one color, may we suggest sharing the other swatches with a friend, or using them for a fun craft with the kids?
How are Fabric Swatches shipped? Do I have to pay for shipping?
Fabric Swatches heading to customers in the U.S. are shipped for free via USPS Ground Advantage (we love the postal service!) and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to follow its journey home. If you’re in Canada, shipping is an additional $10 due to the cost of international shipping.
What’s the return policy for Fabric Swatches?
Fabric Swatches are final sale and cannot be returned.
How many swatches will I receive?
The number of swatches included in your order will depend on the number of currently available colors (more than a dozen at any given time!) — you’ll receive one swatch for each color.
Are Fabric Swatches representative of the true color and feel of the fabrics?
Yes! There may be some very slight variation in color between dye lots, but these 4x4 swatches are as close as it gets.
Do swatches include retired colors?
No. While that could be fun (for a minute), it would also be terrible if you fell in love with a color that’s no longer available. Fabric Swatches include more than a dozen currently available colors — so don’t worry, there are a ton of options to choose from!
