The Nugget and Chunk are shipped via FedEx. Orders leave Nugget HQ within 1-2 business days and typically take 1-7+ business days to arrive once shipped, depending on where they're headed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once each item in your order ships. 

Cover Sets and Liner Sets headed to the contiguous US and Canada also ship via FedEx. Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days and typically take 1-7+ business days to arrive once shipped, depending on where they're headed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. 

Cover Sets and Liner Sets headed to Alaska and Hawaii ship via USPS. They leave Nugget HQ within 1-2 business days and typically take 5-7+ business days to arrive once shipped. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Fabric Swatches ship within 1-2 business days via regular USPS mail. They typically take 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped, and will be delivered right to your mailbox. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Accessory items are produced and shipped separately by partner companies and are subject to that company's shipping policies.

For Nugget products shipping to the contiguous United States, yes!

For non-contiguous U.S. states (Alaska and Hawaii) we have an additional shipping cost of $69 per Nugget or Chunk. Cover Set and Liner Set shipping is free. 

For orders headed to Canada, shipping is $69 per Nugget or Chunk, and $39 per Cover Set or Liner Set. 

Accessory items shipped by partner companies may include additional shipping costs.

We ship from our factory in Butner, North Carolina to all 50 United States — including Alaska and Hawaii — as well as to Canada. At this time, we don't ship to APOs or U.S. territories, including the USVI, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

Please note: Accessory items shipped by partner companies may only be available to U.S. addresses.

Note: While we’ll always do our best to assist, orders for accessory items shipped via partner companies may not be able to be edited once placed.

The Nugget® can be stored in its box for up to eight weeks after delivery. Since it travels to you tightly compressed, it may take slightly longer to fluff up to form if it’s left in the box for a bit, but it will still be ready for play right away. Playing with the Nugget® helps it find its shape — and helps Nuggeteers get right to the fun!

No, we're not able to ship to PO Boxes.

Once an order leaves our factory in North Carolina, transit times to Canada are typically 3-7 business days. We subsidize the shipping cost along with Taxes/Duties/Brokerage fees, so you'll only pay $69 per Nugget and Chunk and $39 per Cover Set or Liner Set.

All prices listed on our site are in USD, not CAD*. Canadian orders are not eligible for return, but our manufacturing quality guarantee still applies.

*If you need to cancel your order before it ships, you'll be refunded in USD. We cannot guarantee that the exchange rate will be the same as when you placed your order, and as a result, the refunded amount may be slightly less than you initially spent. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

Most of our families are not always at home to receive their packages, so we do not require a signature for delivery. If you live in an area with porch pirates, we strongly recommend calling FedEx (1-800-463-3339) once you get your tracking number to have your package held at a local office for pick up. We are not responsible for stolen packages once FedEx has marked your package as delivered.

For added protection, we also offer the ability to add shipping insurance via AfterShip during checkout.

We compress, roll, and tightly pack the Nugget into one box – it's 15” x 15” x 34”, and weighs 31 lbs.

Chunk is shipped uncompressed in a 32"x32"x14" box and weighs 14 lbs.

Yes! Delivery issues aren’t common, but for added peace of mind, you can opt in for AfterShip Protection during checkout. This service protects your order if it’s lost, damaged, or stolen.
