Returns & warranty

What's the return policy?

Most unopened and unused Nugget® products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. For the Nugget and Smore™, this means that the product must still be wrapped in the plastic packaging in the box to be eligible for return. Chunk®, Cover Sets, and Liner Sets must remain in the original clear plastic interior liner with the adhesive seal still intact (as applicable), and must be returned in the original orange packaging. Refunds will be processed minus a $15-$25 return charge ($15 per Liner/Cover Sets, and $25 per Nugget, Chunk, and Smore).

To initiate a return, please attach a picture of your unopened product, fill out the details requested in this form, and we’ll create a prepaid shipping label. Once our team processes your return, we'll issue a full refund, minus the return charge, within 2-3 business days.

Please note that returns do not apply to the following: Canada orders, items with personalization, products that have been opened and used, Gift Card purchases, digital downloads, Fabric Swatches, and Final Sale items.

Is the Big Orange Box Set eligible for return?

Eligible unopened items purchased as part of a Big Orange Box Set can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that returning part of the Big Orange Box Set voids the bundle discount, and the remaining order total will reflect the full price of the unreturned item, plus a $25 return charge.

Do Nugget products come with a warranty?

Our products were made for imagination, relaxation, and everything in between, which means that their zippers, seams, and handles should stand up to everyday use. Each Nugget® product comes with a limited warranty that covers certain manufacturing defects that functionally impair the look or use of your product. You can read our full warranty here.

If you come across a defect, please send 2-3 pictures of the issue through this form so we can help! It’s our way of saying we don’t just sit on Nugget products — we stand behind them.

Is there a limit to the warranty?

The warranty only applies to eligible products purchased directly from nuggetcomfort.com and will only be honored for the individual who made the purchase. If your product was purchased second hand, it will not be covered by the limited warranty. Additionally, Nugget products left in their boxes longer than the unboxing recommendation (eight weeks after delivery for Nugget® and two weeks after delivery for Smore™) are not covered.
