NUGGET’S FABRIC SWATCH CREDIT PROMOTION

Terms and Conditions

Swatch Credit Promotion Overview: Beginning on October 22, 2025 and continuing until further notice, customers who purchase a set of Fabric Swatches directly from www.nuggetcomfort.com will receive a Ten Dollar ($10) promotional credit (“Swatch Credit”) to use toward the purchase of certain Nugget products within 30 days. Exclusions and limitations apply - see below for more details.

Issuance and Use of the Swatch Credit: 

  • Swatch Credit will be issued as a unique, single-use promo code sent via email to the address associated with the Fabric Swatches order, which we will send within seven (7) days after your order has shipped.
  • Swatch Credits must be redeemed by the original purchaser within thirty (30) days after the date we emailed the Swatch Credit code. After 30 days, the promo code will no longer be valid.
  • Swatch Credit may only be applied toward the purchase of a Nugget, Nugget Cover Set, Chunk, or Chunk Cover Set, except for licensed Nuggets/Chunks/Cover Sets (“Eligible Products”).
  • Only one (1) Swatch Credit may be applied per order.
  • Once redeemed, Swatch Credit will no longer be valid and will not be returned to your account for later use, even upon cancellations and/or returns.
  • Swatch Credit may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, promo credits, or separate Swatch Credits, or applied to prior purchases, except that you may apply Swatch Credit toward the purchase of our Big Orange Box Set bundle. Exclusions and Limitations:

  • This promotion applies only to full retail purchases of Fabric Swatches made directly from www.nuggetcomfort.com. Note, Swatch Credits are not issued to customers who receive free Fabric Swatches.
  • Swatch Credits may be used only toward the purchase of an Eligible Product (see above).
  • Swatch Credits may not be used toward the purchase of any other product or service, including but not limited to: licensed products; collaboration products; specialty products (e.g. Mini Nuggets); Liner Sets; art prints; non-Nugget branded products on our website (e.g. Sarah’s Silks, A Kid’s Co., etc.); gift cards; warranty claims; shipping charges; return fees; or any other product/service on Nugget’s website.
  • Orders placed prior to the commencement or after any cancellation or discontinuation of this promotion are not eligible.
  • Swatch Credits are a promotional offer only (not a gift card, gift certificate, or stored-value card).
  • Swatch Credits have no cash value and are nontransferable.
  • All applicable sales taxes and shipping charges apply.
  • We make no guarantees that a specific product will remain in stock and available for purchase.
  • This promotion is void where prohibited.

Returns & Cancellations: If a purchase made using Swatch Credit is returned or canceled, the value of the Swatch Credit will be forfeited and your refund amount will be reflected accordingly.

We reserve the right, without notice and at any time, to (i) discontinue, cancel, modify or terminate this promotion at our sole discretion, (ii) amend these Terms and Conditions, and (iii) limit the number of Swatch Credits provided. These Terms and Conditions contain the full and complete terms of this promotion and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations and understandings, whether oral, electronic or written. In the event these Terms and Conditions conflict with any other information contained on our website, marketing materials or otherwise, these Terms and Conditions will control.
