There are so many great colors — how do I choose?!

We know!! We love them all. We don’t think it’s possible to make a bad decision, but if you’re having trouble deciding on a color and/or fabric, check out our Fabric Swatches.

How long does personalization take?

We’re so thrilled you’d like to personalize your Smore™! Personalized Smore orders take up to an additional 28 days to leave Nugget HQ. We can embroider up to nine characters on each product (except in the Block font, which has a max of eight characters) — just be sure to double check (and triple check!) your order to make sure everything’s spelled correctly. Please note that all personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

So… can I get *anything* personalized on my Smore?

If Mary Poppins wouldn't get it as a tattoo, we can't embroider it on a Smore. Also it has to be nine characters or less (Note, in the Block font, the max count is eight!). So no Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, either.
