BIG ORANGE BOX SET BUNDLE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Big Orange Box Set Bundle Promotion: 

  • Beginning at 12:00pm ET on October 22, 2024, and ending at 11:59pm ET on December 2, 2024 (“Promotion Period”), customers who purchase one (1) Nugget and (1) Chunk from nuggetcomfort.com in the same purchase order will receive ten percent (10%) off the combined retail price of those two (2) bundled products (“Bundle Promo”). Certain exclusions and restrictions apply – see below for details.
  • This Bundle Promo discount applies only to the two (2) bundled products purchased during the Promotion Period and will automatically be applied at checkout.
  • The Bundle Promo products must be purchased in one order and shipped to a single address.
  • Any additional products purchased will be sold at their full retail prices.
  • All applicable sales taxes will apply.
  • This Bundle Promo cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion or coupon and we reserve the right to reclaim the discounts where multiple offers are used.
  • By accepting the Bundle Promo discount, you warrant and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Exclusions:  This Bundle Promo only applies for the bundling of one (1) Nugget and one (1) Chunk. It does not apply to any of the following:

  • Purchasing one or more Nuggets without the purchase of a Chunk (or vice versa).
  • Purchasing one Nugget or Chunk with a Liner Set, Cover Set, Fabric Swatches, any of our specialty or third-party licensed products or any of our other products or services.
  • Warranty claims, gift cards or redeemed for cash.
  • Prior purchases and purchases made under separate orders or on separate dates.
  • Any orders placed prior to or after the Promotion Period.

Returns – Forfeiture of Discount:  If you return one of the products purchased under the Bundle Promo, the 10% discount value that you received at the time of purchase will be forfeited and the amount of your refund will be reflected accordingly.

Additional Terms:

  • This Bundle Promo is only available for eligible full-priced products in stock at the time of your purchase.
  • We make no guarantees that a specific product will be in stock and available for purchase during the Promotion Period.
  • This Bundle Promo is not redeemable for cash under any circumstances, and has no cash value.
  • We are not responsible for any typographical or photographic errors.
  • This Bundle Promo only applies to purchases made from nuggetcomfort.com.
  • The Bundle Promo is void where prohibited.

We reserve the right, without notice and at any time, to (i) discontinue, cancel, modify or terminate the Bundle Promo, (ii) amend these Terms and Conditions and (iii) limit the number of Bundle Promos provided. These Terms and Conditions contain the full and complete terms of this Special Bundle Promo and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations and understandings, whether oral, electronic or written. In the event these Terms and Conditions conflict with any other information contained on our website, marketing materials or otherwise, these Terms and Conditions will control.
