Big Orange Box Set Bundle Promotion:
- Beginning on October 21, 2025 and continuing until further notice, customers who purchase a Qualifying Bundle from www.nuggetcomfort.com will receive 10% off the combined regular retail price of the two bundled products (“Bundle Promo”).
- A “Qualifying Bundle” refers to the combined purchase of either (a) one Nugget and one Chunk, or (b) two Nuggets.
- Certain exclusions and limitations apply - see below for details.
- Qualifying Bundles may not include a licensed Nugget or Chunk.
- Qualifying Bundles must be purchased in one order and shipped to a single address.
- Discount applies only to the two products in a Qualifying Bundle, and is applied automatically at checkout when a Qualifying Bundle is added to your cart. Any additional products purchased will be sold at their full retail prices. All applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will apply.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise by us on our site, this Bundle Promo cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion or coupon. We reserve the right to reclaim the discounts where multiple offers are improperly applied or not allowed.
- By accepting this discount offer, you warrant and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Void where prohibited.
Exclusions and Limitations:
This Bundle Promo only applies to purchases of Qualifying Bundles made directly from www.nuggetcomfort.com.
This Bundle Promo discount offer does not apply to any of the following:
- Bundling two Chunks without a Nugget.
- Purchases of licensed Nuggets or Chunks, specialty products (e.g. Mini Nugget), Liner Sets, Cover Sets, Fabric Swatches, gift cards, art prints, warranty claims, or any of our other products or services.
- Prior purchases and purchases made under separate orders or on separate dates.
- Any orders placed prior to the commencement, or after any cancellation or discontinuation of, this Bundle Promo.
This Bundle Promo is not redeemable for cash under any circumstances, has no cash value, and is nontransferable.
Returns – Forfeiture of Discount:
If you return one of the products purchased under this Bundle Promo, the 10% discount value applied to the Qualifying Bundle that you received at the time of purchase will be forfeited in its entirety and the amount of your refund will be reflected accordingly.
General Conditions:
This Bundle Promo is only available for eligible full-priced products in stock at the time of your purchase. Discount offer valid only while supplies last. We make no guarantees that a specific product will be in stock and available for purchase using the Bundle Promo discount. We are not responsible for any typographical or photographic errors.
We reserve the right, without notice and at any time, to (i) discontinue, cancel, modify or terminate this Bundle Promo at our sole discretion, (ii) amend these Terms and Conditions and (iii) limit the number of Bundle Promos provided.
These Terms and Conditions contain the full and complete terms of this Bundle Promo, and amends and replaces all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations and understandings, whether oral, electronic or written. In the event these Terms and Conditions conflict with any other information contained on our website, marketing materials or otherwise, these Terms and Conditions will control.
