Overview:

• Beginning August 3rd, 2026 and continuing until further notice, customers who purchase at least two (2) “Eligible Products” in a single order from www.nuggetcomfort.com will receive a discount on the combined regular retail price of those bundled Eligible Products.
• Save 10% on purchases of two (2) Eligible Products.
• Save 15% on purchases of three (3) or more Eligible Products.
• An “Eligible Product” refers to a full-priced Nugget, Chunk, or Smore that is currently in stock and available at the time of purchase, except as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions and on our website.
• Discount applies only to purchases of two or more Eligible Products purchased together in one order and shipped to a single address, and is applied automatically at checkout when added to your cart. Any non-Eligible Products purchased will be sold at their regular retail prices. All applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will apply to your order.
• By accepting this offer, you warrant and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Void where restricted or prohibited by law.

Limitations and Exclusions:

• This promotion only applies to purchases of Eligible Products made directly from www.nuggetcomfort.com. This discount offer does not apply toward the purchase of any other product or service, including but not limited to, specialty products, accessories, Cover Sets, Liner Sets, art prints, gift cards, or warranty claims, taxes, shipping charges, return fees, or any of our other products or services.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise by us on our site, this promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion or coupon. We reserve the right to reclaim the discounts where multiple offers are improperly applied or not allowed.
• This promotion does not apply toward prior purchases, or purchases made under separate orders or on separate dates.
• This promotion does not apply toward orders placed prior to the commencement, or after any cancellation or discontinuation of, this promotion.
• This promotion is not redeemable for cash under any circumstances, has no cash value, and is nontransferable.

Returns – Forfeiture of Discount:

• To qualify for a full refund, all Eligible Products included in your order must be returned together in their original packaging, in unused condition, and in compliance with our Return Policy (see Terms of Sale).
• Returning only a portion of the products purchased under this promotion will forfeit the applied discount. In such cases, your refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the regular retail price of the items you choose to keep.

General Conditions:

• The promotion applies solely to full-priced Eligible Products that are currently in stock when your purchase is completed.
• Discounts under this promotion are available only while supplies last, and we make no guarantees that any particular product will remain in stock or available for purchase under this promotion.
• We assume no responsibility for any typographical or photographic errors.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion, limit the quantity of discounts, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.
• These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement for this promotion, superseding all previous written, oral, or electronic communications, terms, conditions, agreements and understandings. In case of any conflict between these Terms and our website or other marketing materials, these Terms and Conditions shall govern.
