Terms and Conditions

Overview:  

  • For a limited time during the Sale Period starting at 9:00am EST on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 and ending at 9:00am EST on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 (“Sale Period”), eligible customers will receive 10% off the purchase of one or more Nuggets (excluding any licensed products).
  • Exclusions and limitations apply - see below for more details. 

10% Off:

  • This 10% off sale applies only toward Nuggets purchased directly from www.nuggetcomfort.com and made during the Sale Period (excluding the Ms. Rachel Nugget).
  • The 10% discount is off the retail price of the eligible product before taxes and shipping.
  • Discounted prices are as displayed on our website; no promo code is required.
  • The discount cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases, or applied to future purchases made after the Sale Period.
  • The discount cannot be combined or stacked with any other offers, promotions, discounts, or promo credits unless expressly stated by us below.
  • The discount may be combined with Swatch Credit codes and store credit earned during our Buy Now Bonus Days (Nugget Cash). 

Exclusions and Limitations:

  • Limited time offer.
  • Offer not eligible toward the purchase of any other product, including but not limited to: Chunks, licensed products; specialty products (e.g. Mini Nuggets); Liner Sets; art prints; non-Nugget branded products on our website (e.g. Sarah’s Silks, A Kid’s Co., etc.); gift cards; warranty claims; taxes/shipping charges; return fees; or any other product/service.
  • This offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
  • We make no guarantees that a specific product will remain in stock and available for purchase at any given time.
  • All applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will apply.
  • Void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law.

Returns & Cancellations:  Our standard return and warranty policies apply. If a product purchased with the discount is returned or canceled, the value of the discount will be forfeited and your refunds will reflect the price paid, not the full retail price. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that violates these Terms or appears fraudulent or abusive.

Miscellaneous:  These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are the complete and final agreement for this promotion, superseding all prior terms, conditions, or understandings. In case of any discrepancy between these Terms and information found on our website, social media, email, marketing materials, or other sources, these Terms will prevail. We are not liable for technical issues affecting checkout or website functionality, shipping delays, or typographical or pricing errors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or extend this promotion or these Terms at any time without prior notice for any reason.
