There should never be heavy items on top of The Nugget when someone is inside or underneath.
Push it, move it, pull it from the living room to the playroom to the kids’ room — just keep play in open spaces, not on or around stairs, and use with caution on hard surfaces.

Great gift to grow with child
I bought this for my granddaughter’s first birthday. She loves climbing on it. Her older brother loves using it to build things for her to play with. I am surprised by how thick and durable the material is. My only complaint is that when we took it out of the packaging, it emitted a horrible smell. It was embarrassing to have to deal with that at her birthday party. Several moms were concerned. If I had known the smell was that bad, I would have taken it out of the packaging instead of wrapping the packaging that it came n.

We're sorry for any concern after opening, Josie. The smell that sometimes comes with the Nugget is a part of the foam's normal off-gassing process. Most of this process has usually happened before a Nugget gets sent out, but sometimes, if the foam is particularly fresh, there might be a slight scent when it's first opened. That noted, we'll be in touch via email to ensure that the smell has dissipated.

Best toy in the daycare

A fairly rough and uninviting fabric
Nugget looks as depicted though the fabric is rough and uninviting. I chose the more expensive Blueridge fabric so I can't imagine how bad the cheaper fabric would be. Maybe other brands have nicer fabric. Worth a look.
I also think the versatility is a bit exaggerated. For example, the lounge and chair shapes are not comfortable in the slightest so it's not a function a normal person would choose to use it for. Can you be a cushion in half? Sure! But it's about as comfortable as you can imagine bending a couch cushion in half. My advice is to try to look past the exaggerated advertising if you are trying to decide.

Is there a product guarantee?

Yes! Our products were made for imagination, relaxation, and everything in between, which means that their zippers, seams, and handles should stand up to everyday use. Each Nugget® product comes with a limited warranty that covers certain manufacturing defects that functionally impair the look or use of your product. If you do come across a defect in your Nugget® product, please send 2-3 pictures of the issue through this form so we can help!

Is shipping really free?

Yes! Shipping is free for Nuggets headed to the contiguous United States.

Are Nugget products GREENGUARD Gold Certified?

Yes! All of our products are GREENGUARD Gold certified, which means they’ve been rigorously screened and scientifically tested for more than 15,000 VOCs. We pass the strictest requirements with flying colors, so our products don’t emit any harmful chemicals. You can rest easy and play all day, knowing Nugget® products are safe for children, families, and the environment.

How long can I leave the Nugget® in the box after it arrives?

The Nugget® can be stored in its box for up to eight weeks after delivery. Since it travels to you tightly compressed, it may take slightly longer to fluff up to form if it’s left in the box for a bit, but it will still be ready for play right away. Playing with the Nugget® helps it find its shape — and helps Nuggeteers get right to the fun!
