The creators of the famous Nugget®... have created the product’s little sister: an equally attractive, play-encouraging ottoman. “Real furniture can be a Trojan horse for a toy,” says Nugget CEO and co-founder David Baron.
Nugget’s products embrace that idea, extending an olive branch to kids. Made of four circular, microsuede-covered foam parts with a modern look that blends in with adult furniture, users aged 3 and up can “nest” in Chunk’s parts, roll them around, or reconfigure them for “open-ended play,” Baron says.

This is no ordinary round ottoman, it’s The World’s First Play Ottoman™! Key word here: PLAY! It’s more than aesthetic playroom furniture – Chunk is delightfully versatile, fun and functional, and (maybe best of all) after you play, it all packs away.
Packed with Possibilities™
Form, function, and fun in just four foam pieces...
Pad: A large, thin foam piece that acts as the ottoman lid, the cushioned back of a Chunk chair, or a safe place to jump to when crossing a (pretend) river of lava.
Hoop: A strong and supportive foam ring makes up the outside of the ottoman, and may or may not be a portal to another dimension.
Pucks: Two smaller and thicker foam pieces that nest inside the hoop and can easily be removed for hundreds of uses, like stepping stones to your Nugget castle!

Chunk® is assembled by real humans in our home state of North Carolina, using the same high-quality and durable foam and fabric as the Nugget®, The Original Play Couch™.

The Chunk is another win! It’s been a hot tub, pool, game and puzzle table, foot rest, entrance to a bear den, etc.
My only surprise is the Chunk doesn’t come compressed like the nugget and the cover is already on. Must have missed that in the description. It is ready for play out of the box.
