The Playtime Playbook

Smore is for ages 2+ years old for imagination, exploration, and adventure — not for sleeping!
There should never be heavy items on top of or around Smore when someone is inside or underneath.
Push it, move it, pull it from the kid's bedroom to the playroom to the living room — just keep play in open spaces, not on or around stairs or windows, and use with caution on hard surfaces.

Activate chair mode!!!
We love our original Nugget but the Smore has elevated the game! The things my children are able to create now are amazing --from a house, to a chair, to a secret getaway. My daughter's newest Nugget tagline is "Activate chair mode!" She instantly turns into a superhero when it's time to build her perfect sized Smore chair. I love that the chair will grow with them, in fact my husband and I have also enjoyed sitting in it as well. The Nugget brand is a favorite in this household and the memories it has created are priceless.

Exceeding Expectations
I’ve always loved the concept of a play couch, but the size of our living space is too cramped for something that large. This play chair is amazing! So many different configurations, a cozy spot to read, something to use to practice toddler sports, etc with a much smaller footprint. I am not one to jump to write a review unless I’m blown away - and here we are!

Not a functional chair
We really wanted to love the Smore, but we can’t make it work as a chair in any configuration without pushing it up against the wall or into a corner. When you lean back, the back piece falls backwards and the side “arms” separate from the base if you try to lean on them. Customer service was very nice and worked with us to try to find a solution. In the end, my son wanted to keep the Smore as a toy that he might use to build a fort, etc. As a toy, it is ok, but it needs work to be used as a chair. Keep in mind if you purchase the Smore that it can’t be returned once you open the packaging. You can’t try it to see what you think and then return it. Choose carefully.

So perfect!
Our little girly’s pt recommended we get something she can climb up on and after a little searching we found this! Perfect for the recommendation but also beyond cute! We love that she can use this for years to come! It looks absolutely adorable in our home and is so well made. Our little girl loves it and so do we!

How long can I leave Smore in the box after it arrives?

Smore can be stored in its box for up to two weeks after delivery. It’s shipped tightly compressed, so the sooner you unbox it, the better! Once it’s out of the box, playing will help Smore come back to form!

Please note that any compressed Smore left in the box longer than two weeks from delivery will not be covered by our product warranty.

How long does personalization take?

We’re so thrilled you’d like to personalize your Smore™! Personalized Smore orders take up to an additional 7 days to leave Nugget HQ. We can embroider up to nine characters on each product (except in the Block font, which has a max of eight characters) — just be sure to double check (and triple check!) your order to make sure everything’s spelled correctly. Please note that all personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Can I buy a Smore now and save it for a holiday gift?

Thanks for considering Smore™ as a holiday gift! Early shoppers are some of our favorite shoppers — just make sure you take the Smore out of the box, discard the plastic, and store it fully unboxed within two weeks of delivery in a dry, temperature-controlled environment. Any Smore that remains compressed for longer than two weeks after delivery will not be covered by our product warranty.

Do Nugget products come with a warranty?

Our products were made for imagination, relaxation, and everything in between, which means that their zippers, seams, and handles should stand up to everyday use. Each Nugget® product comes with a limited warranty that covers certain manufacturing defects that functionally impair the look or use of your product. You can read our full warranty here.

If you come across a defect, please send 2-3 pictures of the issue through this form so we can help! It’s our way of saying we don’t just sit on Nugget products — we stand behind them.

Could I bring Smore to my next campsite?

You’re probably better off sticking to lawn chairs for far-flung camping adventures… unless they’re taking place in your imagination. In which case, pull that Smore™ right up to your Chunk campfire. It’ll fit right in.
