I ended up ordering this at Christmas and then reached out to ask them to send a replacement as this one doesn’t seem like the foam expanded all the way , they never responded to me . I’m in Canada and paid what feels like an arm and leg to get this couch as it’s ms Rachel and my daughter is obsessed with her . It was close to 600 Canadian and I’m a tad disappointed:(

Since the Nugget is tightly compressed for shipping, it can look a bit smushed immediately after opening, but it should fully decompress within two weeks of play!

We purchased a Seamonster Nugget in October 2025 and this winter the nugget was positioned nearby to our baseboard heater (but not touching it, probably about 1 foot away). After a few days we noticed the heat significantly altered the color of the fabric permanently, and even left smaller discolored splotches on pieces of the couch that were a little further away. This is unfortunately not covered under warranty and will not be replaced unless you pay for it. Very disappointing for such an expensive product. Be careful if you have baseboard heating in your home!!

However, prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight can cause the fabric to fade. Because of this, we don't recommend using the product directly in front of a heat source or leaving it outside. Is there a product guarantee?
Yes! Our products were made for imagination, relaxation, and everything in between, which means that their zippers, seams, and handles should stand up to everyday use. Each Nugget® product comes with a limited warranty that covers certain manufacturing defects that functionally impair the look or use of your product. If you do come across a defect in your Nugget® product, please send 2-3 pictures of the issue through this form so we can help!
Is shipping really free?
Yes! Shipping is free for Nuggets headed to the contiguous United States.
Are Nugget products GREENGUARD Gold Certified?
Yes! All of our products are GREENGUARD Gold certified, which means they’ve been rigorously screened and scientifically tested for more than 15,000 VOCs. We pass the strictest requirements with flying colors, so our products don’t emit any harmful chemicals. You can rest easy and play all day, knowing Nugget® products are safe for children, families, and the environment.
How long can I leave the Nugget® in the box after it arrives?
The Nugget® can be stored in its box for up to eight weeks after delivery. Since it travels to you tightly compressed, it may take slightly longer to fluff up to form if it’s left in the box for a bit, but it will still be ready for play right away. Playing with the Nugget® helps it find its shape — and helps Nuggeteers get right to the fun!

Bold royal blue and soft turquoise are the principal colors of this very special Nugget, accompanied by charming details inspired by some of her most beloved sing-along songs. This Nugget comes in our double-brushed microsuede fabric which is brushed twice during production, resulting in a soft, luxe texture. Just add imagination!
