My kids and I love this play couch! I love that it is non-toxic and durable. We've had it almost a year and it still looks new. They play with it and sleep on it we when indoor camping and for sleepovers. It's very versatile and affordable.

We bought this for our kids about three years ago, and it’s been fine. The covers stain easily, and you know, if you have kids, they WILL get stained. To our horror, our corgi destroyed one of the foam cushions while we were washing the covers. Can we get a replacement? NOPE. For a company selling $300 foam cushions, you would think you could get replacement pieces. I will not be buying another one. Just more stuff for the landfill. I very much do not recommend this company.

Is there a product guarantee?
Yes! Our products were made for imagination, relaxation, and everything in between, which means that their zippers, seams, and handles should stand up to everyday use. Each Nugget® product comes with a limited warranty that covers certain manufacturing defects that functionally impair the look or use of your product. If you do come across a defect in your Nugget® product, please send 2-3 pictures of the issue through this form so we can help!
Is shipping really free?
Yes! Shipping is free for Nuggets headed to the contiguous United States.
Are Nugget products GREENGUARD Gold Certified?
Yes! All of our products are GREENGUARD Gold certified, which means they’ve been rigorously screened and scientifically tested for more than 15,000 VOCs. We pass the strictest requirements with flying colors, so our products don’t emit any harmful chemicals. You can rest easy and play all day, knowing Nugget® products are safe for children, families, and the environment.
How long can I leave the Nugget® in the box after it arrives?
The Nugget® can be stored in its box for up to eight weeks after delivery. Since it travels to you tightly compressed, it may take slightly longer to fluff up to form if it’s left in the box for a bit, but it will still be ready for play right away. Playing with the Nugget® helps it find its shape — and helps Nuggeteers get right to the fun!
