Nice firm pillows so it should hold up for a long time! My only complaint is the smell right out of the package. It took a few days for it to dissipate but that chemical smell was very unpleasant.

The smell that sometimes comes from a Nugget after it's been unwrapped is a part of the foam's normal off-gassing process and is considered safe. In most cases, this happens before the product leaves our factory, but sometimes, if the foam is particularly fresh, a scent may linger briefly after opening. With that, we're happy to hear that it dissipated, and we hope your Nuggeteers love the Nugget for many years to come! 🧡

Is there a product guarantee?
Yes! Our products were made for imagination, relaxation, and everything in between, which means that their zippers, seams, and handles should stand up to everyday use. Each Nugget® product comes with a limited warranty that covers certain manufacturing defects that functionally impair the look or use of your product. If you do come across a defect in your Nugget® product, please send 2-3 pictures of the issue through this form so we can help!
Is shipping really free?
Yes! Shipping is free for Nuggets headed to the contiguous United States.
Are Nugget products GREENGUARD Gold Certified?
Yes! All of our products are GREENGUARD Gold certified, which means they’ve been rigorously screened and scientifically tested for more than 15,000 VOCs. We pass the strictest requirements with flying colors, so our products don’t emit any harmful chemicals. You can rest easy and play all day, knowing Nugget® products are safe for children, families, and the environment.
How long can I leave the Nugget® in the box after it arrives?
The Nugget® can be stored in its box for up to eight weeks after delivery. Since it travels to you tightly compressed, it may take slightly longer to fluff up to form if it’s left in the box for a bit, but it will still be ready for play right away. Playing with the Nugget® helps it find its shape — and helps Nuggeteers get right to the fun!

What’s in the box? A Ms. Rachel™ Nugget®, of course! Bold royal blue and soft turquoise are the principal colors of this very special Nugget, accompanied by charming details inspired by some of her most beloved sing-along songs. This Nugget comes in our double-brushed microsuede fabric which is brushed twice during production, resulting in a soft, luxe texture. Just add imagination!

Every Nugget couch is GREENGUARD Gold certified and utilizes Certi-Pur-US® foam. Our products pass California’s TB-117 and have no flame-retardant chemicals.
