The great outdoors and indoors
We know kids come in opposites. So if you’re raising the next Bear Grylls alongside Riley’s risk-averse emotion Anxiety, who’d rather cozy up at home, we see you.
Spark a sense of adventure for everyone with a family rock climbing expedition, or… build your own Mt. Nugget that can be climbed and played with at a moment’s notice.
Take the kids fishing, or craft some makeshift fishing poles and hit the Chunk fishing pond. (A bonus for some kids: no slimy worms. A bummer for other kids: no slimy worms.)

Did you know pickleball was invented by a trio of dads looking for a fun new game for their kids to play during the summer? It’s true! Brush up on your backhand and take your family to a local court. And hint: A Nugget® base cushion standing up on its side makes an excellent net if your kids want to keep the pickleball popping at home.
If you haven’t visited an arcade since you were a kid, it is high time to get in on the nostalgic fun! Find a local arcade, and play some classic games like Skee-ball and the Claw Machine.
