Activating our OOO for Nugget’s summer break

Welcome to the dog days of summer.

The kind of days that make you want to sit in the shade with a cool glass of lemonade and do anything other than work. Yes, even when you work someplace as fun as Nugget! Everybody needs a little downtime to recharge their batteries.

And we’ve found it works best at Nugget when everyone does it simultaneously. It gives us all a collective chance to exhale, disconnect, and come back energized to build.

So that’s exactly what we’re going to do. From June 28th-July 6th*, we’re taking an intentional, well-deserved break.

Our annual summer break is a relatively new tradition at Nugget, but it’s a Nugget work perk we love! Summer break gives every kid at heart here the chance to play around — and to approach work and life with a spirit of playfulness, creativity, and optimism.

Before we hit the lights and hop into a cool body of water, we wanted to say thank you for being part of our independently owned, play-furniture-fueled adventure. Nuggeteers give us 1,000,000+ reasons to show up every day and do this serious work of Play.

*A couple of folks from our seasonal Customer team will be around to answer any urgent questions during regular business hours, from 9am ET - 5pm ET. Please allow 24 hours for a response!

We’ll resume production on July 7th, 2025. New orders placed after 11:59pm PT on June 26th will be fulfilled when we return.
