I am very pleased with our Nugget. It is durable and withstand rough playing. It's my grandkids go to play time activity. It's not just a toy, they get a work out climbing around on it and using their imagination to reposition the cushions. I compared cheaper versions but they were smaller, had cheaper fabric, and the cushions were to soft for climbing on. I highly recommend the Nugget and the bamboo color is a nice neutral shade of green.

Is there a product guarantee?
Yes! Our products were made for imagination, relaxation, and everything in between, which means that their zippers, seams, and handles should stand up to everyday use. Each Nugget® product comes with a limited warranty that covers certain manufacturing defects that functionally impair the look or use of your product. If you do come across a defect in your Nugget® product, please send 2-3 pictures of the issue through this form so we can help!
Is shipping really free?
Yes! Shipping is free for Nuggets headed to the contiguous United States.
Are Nugget products GREENGUARD Gold Certified?
Yes! All of our products are GREENGUARD Gold certified, which means they’ve been rigorously screened and scientifically tested for more than 15,000 VOCs. We pass the strictest requirements with flying colors, so our products don’t emit any harmful chemicals. You can rest easy and play all day, knowing Nugget® products are safe for children, families, and the environment.
How long can I leave the Nugget® in the box after it arrives?
The Nugget® can be stored in its box for up to eight weeks after delivery. Since it travels to you tightly compressed, it may take slightly longer to fluff up to form if it’s left in the box for a bit, but it will still be ready for play right away. Playing with the Nugget® helps it find its shape — and helps Nuggeteers get right to the fun!
