To be eligible, the nominated teacher must be a licensed kindergarten through 5th grade teacher who teaches at a public school in the U.S.

How can I participate in the giveaway?
Complete the entry form above to nominate a teacher, or to nominate yourself if you meet the eligibility requirements! Nominated teachers must currently teach in a K-5 classroom at a public school in the US or Washington, D.C.
If I am not a teacher, can I still participate in the giveaway?
To win one of our prize packs, you must currently teach in a K-5 classroom at a public school in the US, but anyone can nominate an eligible teacher!
What are the eligibility requirements to enter the giveaway?
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Washington, D.C. who are 18 years of age and older at the time of entry. To be eligible to win one of our prize packs, you must currently teach in a K-5 classroom at a public school in the US.
When does the giveaway begin and end?
The giveaway begins on July 18, 2023 at 12:00 pm EST and ends on August 1, 2023 at 9:00 am EST. Prize winners will be contacted via email on or about August 8, 2023 after the random drawing to select winners is held.
Why am I only able to nominate a K-5 public school teacher?
This giveaway is focused on public school teachers that are making a difference in the lives of our youngest learners through nurturing, imagination, and play. This is a critical time in a child’s education, and the prize packs are best suited for this age group.
Do I need to make a purchase to enter the giveaway?
No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.
Can I enter the giveaway if I reside outside the giveaway’s country?
You are not able to enter the giveaway if you reside outside of the United States. The giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C.
How are the prize winners of the giveaway selected?
Giveaway prize winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted on or about August 8, 2023. A total of fifty-one (51) prize winners (up to one (1) winner from each state and Washington, D.C.) among all eligible entries received during the promotion period will be selected.
How will the prize winners be notified?
Potential prize winners will be notified via email on or about August 8, 2023. Please make sure to add hq@nuggetcomfort.com to your contacts list to ensure that our team is able to reach you.
Is there a deadline for prize winners to claim their prize?
Potential prize winners (the teacher) must respond within five (5) days from the date the Sponsor first tries to notify them. If the potential winner fails to do so, they will forfeit the prize package and Sponsor may, but is not required to, select an alternate prize winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Can a winner transfer their prize to someone else?
The giveaway prize packages are non-transferable.
