How do I get the bundle pricing?
The 10% discount will automatically apply once you’ve added two eligible* products to your cart — either a Nugget® and a Chunk®, or two Nuggets.
Other items (like Liner Sets and Cover Sets) can also be added to your order; they just won’t be eligible for the bundle discount.
How soon will my Big Orange Box Set ship?
All orders are currently shipping within 1-2 business days. Once your items are added to the cart, estimated delivery dates will be provided based on the delivery location.
We’re also excited to temporarily offer delayed shipping for the holidays. To opt in, just select “Holiday Delivery” during checkout, and your order will ship out between December 10th and December 12th.
If you opt in for holiday shipping and need to modify or cancel your order for any reason, please note you'll have up to 30 days after order submission to do so.
Will items from the Big Orange Box Set arrive in the same box?
No. Each Nugget® and Chunk® ship in separate boxes and may arrive at different times.
Can I ship bundled items to separate addresses?
No. Our checkout process only allows for one shipping address, so bundled items can only be shipped to one address.
Can I display this Box Set on my shelves?
Unfortunately, this Box Set won’t quiiiite fit on your bookshelves next to your DVD Box Sets of Seinfeld and Lost. (Legend has it that you’ll finally understand all the plot twists of Lost if you watch the full series while seated on a Harbor Nugget®.) We’re biased, but we think the Big Orange Box Set looks its best when kids are moving and playing with it — and it’ll help keep your decor fresh!
