Is shipping really free?

To the entire contiguous United States, yes!

For non-contiguous U.S. states (Alaska and Hawaii), we have an additional shipping cost of $49 per Nugget and $39 per Cover Set or Liner Set.

For orders headed to Canada, the shipping cost is $59 for a Nugget and $39 for a Cover Set or Liner Set.

Where do you ship?

We ship from our factory in Butner, North Carolina to all 50 United States — including Alaska and Hawaii — as well as to Canada. At this time, we don't ship to APO's and U.S. Territories, including the USVI, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

Can I change the shipping address on an order?

We're happy to help with shipping address changes as long as your order hasn't shipped yet! Please fill out our Contact Form using the Shipping Address Changes option.

Can I have a delayed or expedited ship date?

Sorry, we wish we could accommodate specific delivery dates for each customer, but due to many manufacturing and operational variables, we're not able to delay or expedite shipments.

How long can I keep it compressed in the box?

Nuggets can be safely stored in their boxes for up to 8 weeks after delivery, but they don’t like to live there for too long, so the sooner you can unbox, the better. The Nugget travels to you tightly compressed and wrapped up like a foam burrito — but the longer it’s in there, the longer it will take to pop back to form and un-wrinkle, so we recommend opening your box shortly after it lands on your front doorstep!

Please note Nuggets that are left in their box longer than 8 weeks from delivery will not be covered by our two-year product warranty, and all returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, we're not able to ship to PO Boxes.

Can I order through a third-party shipper?

We don’t work directly with any third-party shippers, but if you’re looking to order a Nugget for delivery outside of the US, you can order through third-party shipping companies. 

Please note that we cannot guarantee our usual standard of customer service for orders placed through these entities. For many customer matters, including missing or damaged packages, as well as returns, Nugget will only engage with the person or entity that received the shipment (even if that is not the end customer). If that third-party recipient cannot or will not take part in resolving the issue on behalf of the customer, there will not be a resolution. We’re sorry we can’t offer more support in these situations, but trying to conduct customer service with more than two parties involved has been too difficult for our Customer team, and rarely ends well. 

For any customer who can receive their shipment directly from Nugget (including Canadians), we strongly encourage you to have orders shipped directly to your home!

I'm a #NorthernNuggeteer in Canada. How long will shipping take, and what will it cost?

Once an order leaves our factory in North Carolina, transit times to Canada are typically 3-7 business days. We subsidize the shipping cost and completely cover the Taxes/Duties/Brokerage fees, so you'll only pay $59 per Nugget and $39 per Cover Set or Liner Set.

How does ordering a Nugget to a Canadian address work?

All prices listed on our site are in USD, not CAD*. We subsidize the shipping cost and completely cover the Taxes/Duties/Brokerage fees, so you'll only pay $59 per Nugget and $39 per Cover Set or Liner Set. Canadian orders are not eligible for returns, but our manufacturing quality guarantee still applies.

*If you need to cancel your order before it ships, you'll be refunded in USD. We cannot guarantee that the exchange rate will be the same as when you placed your order, and as a result, your returned amount may be slightly less than you initially spent. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

Do you require a signature for delivery?

Most of our families are not always at home to receive their packages, so we do not require a signature for delivery. If you live in an area with porch pirates, we strongly recommend calling FedEx (1-800-463-3339) once you get your tracking number, and requesting to have your package held at a local office for pick up. We are not responsible for stolen packages once FedEx has marked your package as delivered.

What are the dimensions of the box?

We compress, roll, and tightly pack your whole Nugget into one box – it's 15” x 15” x 34”, and weighs 31 lbs.
