Terms and Conditions

Mystery Nugget Promotion Overview: 

  • Customers who purchase a Mystery Nugget during the Promo Period will (i) get $50 off the regular retail price of a surprise color Nugget, (ii) receive a 10% off coupon code to use toward the purchase of a Nugget Cover Set before January 15, 2026, and (iii) automatically receive an entry into our Mystery Nugget Cover Set Giveaway for a chance to win a free Cover Set (more details below).
  • This promotion starts at 9:00am EST on November 21, 2025 and ends at 9:00am EST on November 26, 2025, subject to any changes at our discretion (check our website for any updates) (the “Promo Period”).
  • Limitations and exclusions apply - see below.

$50 off Mystery Nugget:  

  • Only applies to Mystery Nugget orders made directly from www.nuggetcomfort.com during the Promo Period. 
  • A “Mystery Nugget” means you choose the fabric of your desired Nugget (either Double-brushed or Microsuede), and we’ll choose a color from the fabric you selected (excluding the following colors: Paintbox, Ms. Rachel, Bellbottom, and Camelot).
  • The promo price will be displayed on our website when you select your fabric.
  • This offer may be combined with our Big Orange Box Set Bundle Promotion.
  • Mystery Nugget purchases are Final Sale and may not be returned for refund, exchanges, or store credit. You may not exchange your purchase for a different color. For returns, see our Returns policy.

10% Coupon Code - Cover Sets only: 

  • Mystery Nugget customers will receive a 10% coupon code for one-time use toward a future purchase of one Nugget Cover Set (excluding Ms. Rachel). 
  • Within seven days of shipping your order, your unique, single-use coupon code will be sent to the same email address that was used to complete your Mystery Nugget order. 
  • If you ordered more than one Mystery Nugget during the Promo Period, either in one order or across multiple orders, please contact our Customer Experience team at hq@nuggetcomfort.com for additional coupon codes.
  • Coupon codes expire at 11:59pm EST on January 15, 2026. Codes will no longer be valid after expiration. 
  • Once redeemed, codes will no longer be valid and will not be returned to your account, even upon cancellations and/or returns.

Mystery Nugget Cover Set Giveaway Entry:

  • For every Mystery Nugget purchased during the Promo Period, customers will automatically receive one entry into our Mystery Nugget Cover Set Giveaway. There is a limit of four automatic entries per customer.
  • Check out the Giveaway’s Official Rules for complete terms, including eligibility requirements, how to submit additional, free entries, drawing details, and other conditions and exclusions. 
  • Note, if you wish to opt out of participation in the Giveaway, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at hq@nuggetcomfort.com.

General Conditions: 

  • Unless explicitly stated in these Terms, this promotion cannot be combined or stacked with other offers, discounts, promo credits, or coupon codes, nor can it be applied to prior purchases, gift cards, warranty, or any other product or service.
  • This offer is non-transferable and has no cash value. 
  • Nugget does not guarantee the availability or stock of any specific product at any given time.
  • This is a limited time offer.
  • All applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will apply. 
  • This promotion is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law.

Returns & Cancellations: Final Sale. Mystery Nuggets may not be returned or exchanged. Should you cancel your Mystery Nugget, the 10% coupon code will be voided. If the coupon code has already been applied to a Cover Set, or you received any other discount offered by this promotion, the promo value received will be subtracted from your refund or charged separately. Misuse or abuse of the terms of this Promotion to gain a discount is strictly prohibited. 

Miscellaneous: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are the complete and final agreement for this promotion, superseding all prior terms, conditions, or understandings. In case of any discrepancy between these Terms and information found on our website, social media, email, or other sources, these Terms will prevail. Nugget reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend, or terminate this promotion and/or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your participation in this promotion signifies your acknowledgment and agreement to be bound by these Terms.
