Frequently asked questions
How long can I leave Smore in the box after it arrives?
Smore can be stored in its box for up to two weeks after delivery. It’s shipped tightly compressed, so the sooner you unbox it, the better! Once it’s out of the box, playing will help Smore come back to form!
Please note that any compressed Smore left in the box longer than two weeks from delivery will not be covered by our product warranty.
Can I buy a Smore now and save it for a holiday gift?
Thanks for considering Smore™ as a holiday gift! Early shoppers are some of our favorite shoppers — just make sure you take the Smore out of the box, discard the plastic, and store it fully unboxed within two weeks of delivery in a dry, temperature-controlled environment. Any Smore that remains compressed for longer than two weeks after delivery will not be covered by our product warranty.
How long does personalization take?
We’re so thrilled you’d like to personalize your Smore™! Personalized Smore orders take up to an additional 7 days to leave Nugget HQ. We can embroider up to nine characters on each product (except in the Block font, which has a max of eight characters) — just be sure to double check (and triple check!) your order to make sure everything’s spelled correctly. Please note that all personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
So… can I get *anything* personalized on my Smore™?
If Mary Poppins wouldn't get it as a tattoo, we can't embroider it on a Smore. Also it has to be nine characters or less (Note, in the Block font, the max count is eight!). So no Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, either.
