The Playtime Playbook

  • Smore is for ages 2+ years old for imagination, exploration, and adventure — not for sleeping!
  • There should never be heavy items on top of or around Smore when someone is inside or underneath.
  • Push it, move it, pull it from the kid's bedroom to the playroom to the living room — just keep play in open spaces, not on or around stairs or windows, and use with caution on hard surfaces.

    Love it!!

    We have had a nugget for a few years, and this is the best next addition! My son is a tall 5yr old - if The Smore came out when he was 2-3, I would’ve started with this set then get the nugget if you are on the fence. Pieces are smaller and more portable for kids under 5. So much fun for “forts”. These pictures are an hour out-of-the-box. Fluffs up quick after being shrink wrapped and even better if you play on them right away. We got the bamboo.

    Love this!

    We’ve been a Nugget family since the beginning but my kids love this chair. I bought it because they kept using their PB chairs as trampolines and it was really messing them up. This chair is super durable both as a chair and an endless source of jumping, bouncing and imaginative play. It also doesn’t take up a ton of space, which is great for our living room. Highly recommend!

How long can I leave Smore in the box after it arrives?

Smore can be stored in its box for up to two weeks after delivery. It’s shipped tightly compressed, so the sooner you unbox it, the better! Once it’s out of the box, playing will help Smore come back to form! 

Please note that any compressed Smore left in the box longer than two weeks from delivery will not be covered by our product warranty.

How long does personalization take?

We’re so thrilled you’d like to personalize your Smore™! Personalized Smore orders take up to an additional 7 days to leave Nugget HQ. We can embroider up to nine characters on each product (except in the Block font, which has a max of eight characters) — just be sure to double check (and triple check!) your order to make sure everything’s spelled correctly. Please note that all personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Can I buy a Smore now and save it for a holiday gift?

Thanks for considering Smore™ as a holiday gift! Early shoppers are some of our favorite shoppers — just make sure you take the Smore out of the box, discard the plastic, and store it fully unboxed within two weeks of delivery in a dry, temperature-controlled environment. Any Smore that remains compressed for longer than two weeks after delivery will not be covered by our product warranty.

Do Nugget products come with a warranty?

Our products were made for imagination, relaxation, and everything in between, which means that their zippers, seams, and handles should stand up to everyday use. Each Nugget® product comes with a limited warranty that covers certain manufacturing defects that functionally impair the look or use of your product. You can read our full warranty here.

If you come across a defect, please send 2-3 pictures of the issue through this form so we can help! It’s our way of saying we don’t just sit on Nugget products — we stand behind them.

Could I bring Smore to my next campsite?

You’re probably better off sticking to lawn chairs for far-flung camping adventures… unless they’re taking place in your imagination. In which case, pull that Smore™ right up to your Chunk campfire. It’ll fit right in.
