  • Spend $249 or more on products purchased from www.nuggetcomfort.com anytime between August 29, 2025 at 12:00am ET and September 30, 2025 at 11:59pm ET, (“Promo Period”), and receive a unique promo code for twenty-five dollars ($25) store credit (the “Promo Credit”) to use towards a future purchase of Nugget-brand products from www.nuggetcomfort.com between October 6, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
  • Qualifying customers who purchase during the Promo Period will receive an email with their unique promo code no later than October 6, 2025, sent to the email address used for their order.
  • By participating in this promotion, you warrant and agree to be bound by these Terms.
  • Certain limitations and exclusions apply - see below for details.

Limitations and Exclusions:

  • Limited time offer.
  • This Promotion applies only to purchases of products made directly from www.nuggetcomfort.com during the Promo Period only.
  • Gift card purchases excluded.
  • Qualifying purchases of $249+ must be made under one single order shipped to a single address. Separate purchases may not be combined to meet the minimum spend requirement.
  • Only one Promo Credit per qualifying order. Order values calculated before taxes, shipping, and other fees.
  • Promo Credits received are eligible for use between October 6, 2025 at 12:00am ET and December 31, 2025 at 11:59pm ET. Any unused balances will expire at 12:00am ET on January 1, 2026.
  • Promo Credits may be applied towards purchases of certain Nugget-brand products only. (For clarity, a “Nugget-brand product” includes The Nugget, Chunk, Cover Sets, Liner Sets and Fabric Swatches, and excludes licensed products and Mini Nuggets.)
  • Promo Credits may not be used towards the purchase of any licensed or collaboration products, specialty products (e.g. Mini Nuggets), non-Nugget branded products (e.g. Shopify Collective products), gift cards, or any other products and services, including return fees and shipping charges, nor applied towards prior purchases.
  • We make no guarantees that a specific Nugget-brand product will remain in stock and available for purchase.
  • Promo Credit may be applied towards a Big Orange Box Set bundle, but cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
  • Promo Credits are for single-use only. Once redeemed, the Promo Credit will no longer be valid and will not be returned to your account for later use, even upon cancellations and/or returns (see Returns & Cancellations below for more details).
  • Promo Credits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to change without notice.
  • All applicable sales taxes will apply to the full value of your order.
  • This Promotion is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law.

Returns & Cancellations:  Any misuse or abuse of the return policy to obtain the Promo Credit is strictly prohibited. If you cancel or return any products in your qualifying purchase that causes such order value to drop below the $249 minimum purchase requirement, the Promo Credit will be voided. If the Promo Credit has already been applied to a subsequent order, the value of the Promo Credit will be deducted from your refund or charged independently. Orders with delayed shipping remain subject to the delayed shipping cancellation policy in all respects.

We reserve the right, without notice and at any time, to (i) discontinue, cancel, modify or terminate this promotional offer in its sole discretion, (ii) amend these Terms, and (iii) limit the number of Promo Credits provided. These Terms contain the full and complete terms of this Promotion and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations and understandings, whether oral, electronic or written. In the event these Terms conflict with any other information contained on our website, marketing materials or otherwise, these Terms will control.
